Fastbill is a SaaS tool that lets accounting firms, business consultants, designers, marketing agencies and other PSOs manage their customers, projects and invoicing needs.

So the last part explains the company name – Fastbill. Their main benefit is the elimination of revenue leakage, and faster/accurate billing. The company offers a 3 month trial (which is very cool, since most SaaS providers stick with a 30 day trial).

The web-interface is a bit dated, but nothing too confusing either. Another nice feature is the browser stop-watch to track time spent on projects. A particularly useful feature is the secure document area and the German sales tax law compliance.

The system supports multi-currency, but the interface is only in German. If that doesn’t phase you out, then this tool is worth looking into. Other similar products are Reporta and Severa that offer almost the same service.
