Motorola fights speeding ticket

I came across an interesting piece of news about a guy who managed to successfuly fight his speeding ticket because of this location based phone. He was clocked going 15 mph over the speed limit, where as the GPS on his phone only recorded his max speed to be 1 mph above. He took the fight to court and actually won. Thats one more thing your smart phone is good for!
