Project Overview

The National Judicial Institute (NJI) provides development and training to provincial and federally appointed judges across Canada. They needed a redesign for usability across devices, plus a better experience for their Learning Management System web app.

Methodology

Discovery through stakeholder interviews, peer review, and analytics mining, then a focused development plan around the motivations of the real audience.

The Solution

Converted refined designs into a fully functional, responsive website and web application.

Reduced clutter, tightened control consistency, and made CTAs and common tasks easier to find and complete.

ShoutEx delivered amazing design services and helped improve the user experience of our web application.

Slaven Vlacic, Senior Manager, IT

The Results

Usage rose sharply. Visitors stayed longer on the homepage, and the web app saw more sessions and longer engagement.
