StandOUT Edge approached ShoutEx at a critical early stage by moving from concept to execution.
They weren’t looking for a piecemeal approach to marketing or business strategy. They needed a Fractional CMO who could move fast, maintain focus, and help them bypass the slow, messy grind many startups face.

The Solution
As their business advisor and Fractional CMO, ShoutEx led weekly strategy sessions to guide every stage of the build. From market research to brand direction, we served as their outsourced CMO and marketing department in one.

We started with discovery workshops to define the business vision, core services, and ideal clients. We used competitive research, market analysis, and SEO data to identify whitespace and validate their direction.

AI tools were a big part of our process. We used them to accelerate messaging development, refine ICPs, map buyer journeys, and test value props across different customer personas. This let us move faster, iterate quicker, and avoid the usual bottlenecks.

With the strategy locked, we designed and built the first version of the website, landing pages, and email flows using HubSpot. HubSpot’s CRM and marketing automation features made it the ideal platform to power outreach and track growth from day one.
